- 27/32 rue du Javelot a Paris (75013): 2 towers London and Antwerp,
- 59 rue Saint Blaise in Paris (75020): 1 tower HT1,
- 2 rue Rodin in Champigny sur Marne (94500): 1 tower Rodin,
- 35 rue Savier a Malakoff (92240): 1 Savier tower.
The maintenance parking lot is located close to the Rodin tower in Champigny sur Marne (94500).
This contract is a mixed framework agreement within the meaning of Article 78and 80 of Decree n2016-360 of 25.3.2016. Unit-price benefits will be executed upon the occurrence of requirements without annual minimum amount or annual maximum amount.
In addition, the holder must have personnel holding the certificate of qualification (SSIAP3), (decision of 2.5.2005).
The offer presented by the candidate must cover all the services of the market.The following are mandatory: - the document entitled (DUME): adapted framework attached in the consultation file or electronic DUME (to simplify its steps, the candidate is invited to complete this document online by using the DUME service provided provision on the buyer profile) or the standard form drawn up by the European Commission.
This document, for each operatorthe consultation will be required to be completed in accordance with the rules of the consultation.
The candidate does not have the possibility to present several offers for the market by acting both: as an individual candidate and as a member of one or more groupings, as a member of several groupings, - the information sheetin the annex of the regulation of the consultation.
The necessary proof must be (information to be indicated in the UEM):
1) the overall turnover and the annual turnover in the fields of activity covered by the during the last 3 financial years available,
2) the amount covered by the insurance against occupational risks that thecandidate has subscribed,
3) in the event of receivership, the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced.
