The cars that are included in leasing (operational leasing) are passenger cars (4 and 5 doors, breaks, mono volumes)and have a minimum lease term of four (4) years.

If necessary (eg during the order period of the car) it is also possible to conclude short-term lease contracts (delivery vans) and / or only a fuel card contract.

This specification provides for replacing the cars (after they have expired in the previous contract). At least ten (10) cars will be orderedand this number can be extended up to the end of the framework agreement.

The commissioning board remains free to determine the frequency of orders without having to justify its decision and without having to pay a lump sum. The tenderers or the contractor cannot derive any claim from the ultimately ordered number of cars, even if it is based onunder the framework agreement is less than ten (10) wagons.

The brands included in this specification are purely indicative and are used solely for the purpose of making an objective price comparison between the various tenderers. the entrepreneur declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations as referred to in articles 67 tot 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016
