Commercial Vehicle Leasing Services

The subject of a public offer is the lease of new motor vehicles with a minimum of four wheels and used for the transport of persons and freight, ie N1T, N1C and Terenni pick up "Vehicle") in the sense of the Addendum to Act No. 56/2001 Coll., on the conditions of road traffic andon the amendment of the Act No. 168/1999 Coll., on Insurance of Liability for Damage caused by Operation of a Vehicle and on Amendments to Some Related Acts, as amended by later regulations. Vehicles will be procured in the form of a full service operating leasing.

The subject of the public procurement is the lease of new motor vehicles of production, which have at least four wheels and are used for transport of osoof the goods, ie commercial vehicles of category N1T, N1C and Terenni pick up (in addition to "vehicles") in the sense of the Act No. 56/2001 Coll., on the conditions of traffic on the road and amending Act No. 168/1999 Coll. on insurance against liability for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and on the amendment of some related laws, as amended. The vehicles will be purchased as a full serviceof the operating leasing .. All the conditions for the rental of motor vehicles are set out in the model of the framework agreement, which is the No. 6 filing documentation. REQUEST

- the purchased vehicle must not exceed the maximum consumption of fuel for combined operations as stipulated in Appendix 2 of Decree 162/2011 Coll.

If there is a significant influence in the period between the announcement of the invitations to the public procurement and the actual supply of the vehicle for the legislative change to change the minimum requirement of the EURO emission limit or the maximum fuel consumption requirement for the combinationwe consider that the subject of supply will always be vehicles fulfilling the newly set EURO emission limits and limits for maximum fuel consumption for combined operation. Any changes to the above-specified limits will not affect the offer prices offered by the contractor.
