CPV Description: Financial consultancy services - Public, electronic tender for the award of a contract for the provision of financial advisory services, in order to assist the Directorate of Transport Infrastructure with a Concession Contract (Δ16). - The purpose of the contract is to assist the Directorate of Transport Infrastructure with a Concession Contract (D16), to conduct international procurement procedures(a) a concession for the project: and b) a public-private partnership (PPP) through the process of competitive dialogue, for the project:.

Calls for expressions of interest in these competitions, have been approved, respectively, by the Ministerial Decisions D16 / ΒΟΑΚ / οικ.612 / 14.6.2018 (ΑΔΑ Ψ27Δ465ΧΘΧ-ΥΤΒ) and Δ16 / ΒΟΑΚ / οικ.613 / 14.6.2018 (ΑΔΑ 69ΥΑ465ΧΧΧ-ΩΨ9) Transport, and have been posted on the contracting authority's website: www.ggde.gr, in the section and in the KHDM. (ADAM 18PROC003284758 2018-06-19 and 18PROC003288350 2018-06-20)

The economic operators involved-in the process of concluding this contract, are required to be financial institutions and / or companies operating in the field of financial and / or financial and / or financial services. In the case of an association of economic operators, this requirement must be met by each participating Member State.

Economic operators established in a Member Stateif required by the law of their country of residence, are required to furnish proof of their registration with the relevant professional registers and to provide the relevant supporting documents and, to satisfy any other requirement laid down, in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412 / 2016.
