The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with several economic operators (maximum 3 economic operators, subject to a sufficient number of applicantsts and offers). It will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent single-award contracts. They will be concluded without minimum or maximum in value or in quantity.

Framework agreement for subsequent contracts with no minimum or maximum signed with several economic operators (maximum of 3 economic operators subject to a sufficient number of offers). Subsequent markets will be single-award. The1 subsequent contract (on behalf of the Center hospitalier de Perigueux (CHP)) will be awarded simultaneously to the framework agreement by the contracting authority to the first class candidate. The need for the CHP is the rental and maintenance of 2 ambulance vehicles of category C and type A, one of which is specifically equipped with bariatric stretcher for the ambulance service.

- declaration on honor to justify that the candidate does not enter into any of the cases of prohibition to tender,

- specific authorization or proof ofbelonging to a specific organization enabling the service to be provided in the candidate's country of origin,

- copy of the judgments pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership and, if applicable, a certificate from the judicial administration,

- if the candidate is a group of economic operators, each member of the group must provide a declaration on honor.

- declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover concerning the services covered by the contract, carried out during the last 3 financial years available depending on the date of establishment of the business or start of activity of the economic operator, insofar as the informations on these figures are available,

- if for a justified reason, the economic operator is unable to produce the information and documents requested by the buyer, he is authorized to prove his economic and financial capacity by any other means considered appropriate by the buyer.

Law n 2009-879 of 21.7.2009 relating to hospital reform and relating to healthnts, health and territories has provided for the establishment of regional hospital groups (GHT), by regrouping on the same territory several public health establishments. Thus, the holder of the contract is informed that the Center hospitalier de Perigueux, support establishment of the GHT of Dordogne, passes the present contract within the framework of its legal competence (article L. 6132-2-5A of the public health code) for the benefit of the following GHT members: establishments part of the GHT. Paper transmission is not permitted. The transmission of documents only by electronic means is carried out on the buyer profile. Each transmission will be subject to a certain date of reception and an electronic acknowledgment of receipt. As such, the time zone ofreference is that of (Gmt 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid. The mail will be considered out of time if the download ends after the scheduled date and time. If a new fold is sent electronically by the same candidate, the latter cancels and replaces the previous fold. The cover can be duplicated by a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on ph supportElectronic or paper based. This copy is sent under seal and must include the mention backup copy ... (title of the case) ... as well as the name of the candidate. The electronic formats in which documents can be transmitted are the following:

- .xls (Excel up to version 2010),

- .pdf,

-. zip (forfile compression).

In addition, to facilitate the analysis of their offer, it is essential that the candidates must provide, 2 completely identical copies of the annexes attached to the DCE (price schedule, annexes, etc.): 1 copy in Excel or Word version (the annexes attached to the DCE by the contracting authority must be completed by the candidates and must not bein any case, be scanned or protected) and 1 copy pdf version. The documents must be previously processed by the candidates with a regularly updated anti-virus. Any document containing a computer virus will be subject to security archiving and will be deemed never to have been received. After allocation, the selected electronic offer will be transformed into a paper offer to give thehad to the handwritten signature of the framework agreement by the parties. The costs of access to the network and use of the electronic signature are the responsibility of the candidates.
