Insurance contract for the construction of a pension reserve

Construction of a pension reserve via an insurance contract in order to Board to cover the increase in the pension costs for the statutory staff members of the National Social Security Officejk pension (1st pillar) for its statutory staff members is IVBO affiliated with the consolidated pension fund of the provincial and local authorities

IVBO provides for a substantial increase in the pension costs of its affiliated statutory personnel.

To meet the future increase IVBO wants to form a financial buffer of the pension costs by means of the mediuml to create a reserve in an insurance contract that provides a stable and uniform global return (traditional management type - branch 21 / branch 27b). Through this contract, IVBO also wishes to transfer the payment of the pension contributions due to the National Office for its affiliated statutory personnel to the insurer, as provided for in the law of 24 October 2011.

For the articles of associationor IVBO a one-time purchase price of / - 3 500 000 EUR in 2018 and from 1-1-2019 annual deposits ad. / - EUR 800 000 / year. For the anticipated increase of the social security contribution as a whole (employers'pregnancies of 6/17/2016

IVBO reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the payment of the premiums at the end of each year, provided that a reasoned decision is sent no later than 3 months before the end of the relevant year. If the pension contribution payments to NSSO have been taken over by the Insurer, the notice period must correspond with the scheme provided by the National Social Security Office.and is for termination of this substitution.
