The supplier proves his / her basic wayaccording to the provision of Section 74 of the Act, by submitting documents pursuant to Section 75 (1) of the ZZVZ. ■ The Contractor proves his professional competence pursuant to Section 77 of the APIA, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit documents in accordance with the provisions of Section 77 (1) and (2) of the APIA, where the contracting authority requires, in particular, the submission of the corresponding documents on the right of establishment under strange right(1) i) authorization to conduct insurance and reinsurance activities pursuant to Act No. 277/2009 Coll., on insurance (hereinafter referred to as "ZPoj."), attachment No. 1 to the scope of the relevant public offer, in the scope of non-life insurance classes listed in Part B, points 8, 9, 13, 16 (a), (c), or ii) the right to an activity related to the insurance businessaccording to ZPoj. - brokerage activity according to ZPoj.
