Operative leasing of personal and commercial vehicles for DPB, a.s. (EVO)

The subject of the contract is full service operative leasing - leasing of new motor vehicles in accordance with - 56 and - 99 of Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain directives(hereinafter referred to as "ZVO"), namely commercial / technological vehicles (20 pieces), special personal / dispatching (8 pcs) and personal motor vehicles (27 pieces), together with the provision of services related to maintenance and transport motor vehicles and with the administration of the adjoining administration to the extent specified in the tender documentation.

Main Site: Jurajov dvor Wagon, The subject of the contract is full service operative leasing - leasing of new motor vehicles in accordance with the provisions of Sections 56 and 99 of Act no. 343/2015 Z.z. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVO"), namely commercial / technological vehicles (20 pieces), together with the provision of services related to the maintenance and maintenance of motor vehicles(Article 33 (2) - 34 (3) of the GVA) must comply with the conditions for the recognition of a person's status under Section 32 of the Code of Civil Procedure, as provided for in - 32 ods. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended-regulations (hereinafter referred to as "ZVO"). Their fulfillment of the proof according to - 32 par. 2 of the Act, respectively. according to - 32 par. (4) and (5) of the GVA by submitting original documents or a certified copy thereof. The subject-matter of the terms and conditions is determined exhaustively in accordance with Article 32 of the FVO. A group of contractors shall demonstrate compliance with the terms and conditions under - 32 of the GVA for each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) The GVA proves a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject of the procurement to be ensured. The agent entered in the List of economic entities pursuant to - 152 of the GVA or similar lists in the case of a foreign tenderer is not obliged to submit in the public procurement process documents for proof of fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status under Section 32 2 ZVO.

If you applyor failing to submit them at the request of a commission to evaluate the bid in accordance with the requirements or fails to meet the requirements in question, shall be excluded from the award of the contract.

Derecognition of the adequacy of the terms and conditions:

The terms of parting, relating to personal status, derive from - 32 and - 38 ods. 1 ZVO. These provisions are exhaustive and therefore the contracting authority must be in full swingto be applied.

Summary Guidelines and Notices for III.1.1); III.1.2) The contracting authority / entity may, pursuant to - 39 of the GPA, provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation under Section 32; - 33; Section 34 of the FTA designated by the European Single Document (JED). The Procurer authorizes that the Applicant can only mark the alpha Globalny parameter for all IV EED conditionsto complete the other parts of Part IV of the JED. Documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with Section 32; - 33; Section 34 of the FVO replaced by the JED applicant shall submit to the contracting authority pursuant to Article 39 6. The Contractor shall also pay attention to the Applicant / Applicant and the other requirements and guidelines set out in the Contract VI.3)documentation requirements.

Requirements for proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation by: A) - 33 par. 1 letter. a) ZVO;

(1) The auction is realized as an electronic public procurement through the EVO portal at www.evo.gov.sk, through a reverse procedure. In order to participate in this contest, it is necessary for the enthusiasts to register through this portal to the competition and to proceed further in the sense of guidance on the EVO portal for the competition or in-EVO User Manual published on the EVO Portals https://www.uvo.gov.sk/zaujemcauchadzac/portal-systemu-evo-/prirucky-a-odporucania-pre-system-evo-3e8.html. The access to registration and subsequently to the contract is marked as "Procurer: Dopravny podnik Bratislava, a.s., " Operative leasing of personal and commercial vehicles for DPB, a.s. (EVO). "When registering, you must enter the ID in EVO, which ingenerates EVO, as well as the password you are very interested in registering. (2) Any explanation in this tender is made electronically, exclusively via the EVO portal. Phone contacts serve only to confirm the functionality of the systems or information about miss(3) The registration deadline for the EVO system for this assignment is set out in point IV.2.2 of this notice. (4) The condition for successful communication in the EVO system and the possibility of downloading the supporting documents directly from the EVO portal is that the interested person should have the appropriate technical and professional preconditions -technical equipment and expert EVO system management. The technical equipment and requirements for the use of the EVO system are defined and described in the parts of the EVO Methodological Instruction published on the EVO Portals (EVO registration for this order is free of charge);

(5) Interested in the current case after registration into the EVO system to ask the procurer organization pby EVO to explain the information contained in the tender notice and the tender documents, which only registered entrants can download in electronic form from the EVO portal. The request for explanation must be sent by EVO at least within the timeframe specified in the tender documents and in the EVO system. The procurement organization will be provided through EVOto ask interested parties / applicants and information, to send requests for clarification of the submitted tender, to send information on the evaluation of tenders and other information, which will necessarily be provided to the applicant. (6) Attention: The organizing organization informs the occupants that it has set up a tender for this procurement, which is the realization of theis electronically via the EVO system and therefore will not respond to the written requests for the submission of the supporting documents (who will be required to register with the EVO system under (1)). ) You can submit your offers in paper form or through the EVO system

(8) Obstaravthe ATO recommends to the enthusiast when registering to the EVO system to provide an e-mail address that will be accessible to the selected employee of the entrant / solicitor, because the EVO system will send notifying emails to the e-mail address in question, for example.
