Conclusion of Third Party Liability Insurance and Product Liability Insurance, providing insurance cover for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage caused to third parties in connection with the implementation by ESO of the activity of "electricity transmission"power generation "and" power system management "(with an estimated volume for the investment contract amounting to BGN 360 million and repair and maintenance amounting to BGN 75 million). Use by third parties of products and services provided by ESO EAD, including financial losses (for the estimated volume of the contract for products and services provided by ESO EAD, amounting to 1 723-The participant shall be licensed to carry out activity under item 13, section II of Appendix No. 1 to the Insurance Code.

It shall be proved by the presentation of a license to carry out activity under item 13, section II of the Insurance Code. Appendix 1 to the CP (copy certified by the participant)
