Plant of wild boar along the Danish-German border

The Nature Agency offers a plant of an approximately 70 km long fence along the Danish-German land border in order to control the migration of wild boar to Denmark. Wild boar in DanmarK is being eradicated, as the pig can bear African swine fever with very big consequences for the farming industry and exports. The fence will be up to 1.5 meters high, and then the border will be as close as possible, taking into account the landowners, waterslots, areas, protected areas and protected past memories. The acquisition is divided into 2 subcontracts, namely contract vest and contract 0st.

The fence line for the contracting west is located in the municipality of T-nder and is approximately 32.3 km long.

The wildlife fence is a 1.5 meter high stalegnine above ground level with an approximately 0.5 meter buried part to resist wild boar. When fences are placed in close proximity to water, the fence height can be reduced to 1.2 meters, along with the nearby water level.The gravel has a height of more than 1.5 meters and is considered to be able to keep wild boar.

In areas where the surface to avoid unnecessary erosion must be kept intact, for example in areas with very low soil, a 0, 2-0.3 meters high stack will be pressed into the ground as an alternative to the buried fence. The fence takes a mesh size about 5 cm in width and about 20 cm in height and one standsdistance between posts about 2.5 meters. The fence shall be the color of anthracite grains. The applicant must attach the single European tender document (ESPD), stating the following information in Part IV, Section B:

1) Applicant's total annual turnover in the most recent available accounts;

2) Applicant's equity ratio in the most recent available financial statements .

Prior to the decision of the contractor on which candidates are praekvalificers the contractor intends to prequalify, submit or refer to the database of documentation for the information specified in ESPD Part IV, Section B:

To 1) Statement of or annual accounts with the company's total net sales in that latest available accounts, depending on where the company was established or started, if the figures for this-Sales are available.

To 2) Statement of the company's equity ratio, equity and assets in the most recent available financial statements, depending on where the company was established if the figures for equity, equity and assets exist.

By a group of companies (eg one consortium), the information must be provided for each of the participating undertakings in the association.-In the case of an association of companies, turnover is calculated as the total turnover of the companies in the most recent available financial statements.

Based on the form of other entities, the information must also be given for these units and, in such cases, the turnover is calculated as the total turnover of the applicant and the other entities in that entity Latest available accounts.

Safely I requestThe applicant may submit the required documentation to the applicant in respect of his financial and financial suitability, otherwise proved by submitting appropriate documents. Applicants should refer, where appropriate, to the applicant's claim as valid reason for not submitting the requested material.

A. If the applicant is based on the other entity's form, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the entities on which the applicant is based. The applicant will be excluded from participation in the procurement procedure if the applicant is subject to the mandatory grounds for exclusion referred to in section 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act and exclusionary grantsthe provisions of section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 unless the applicant has provided sufficient evidence that it is palpable in accordance with section 138 of the Procurement Act, or that the grounds for exclusion will be forfeited at the time of decision on the award of a contract.

Before deciding which candidates are prequalified Applicants whom the contracting entity intends to awardcere, provide documentation for the information provided in the ESPD pursuant to section 151 and 152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. section 153.
