Project management assistance missions for the regional process Village of the future

The Region aims to conduct an experiment to help villages imagine and build with the population, their own. It offers support for the emergence and implementation of village projects, based on local aspirations, ans a participative logic with the inhabitants and the local actors.

Phase 1, constitutes a call for candidates aiming to select between 3 and 8 candidates on the basis of the criteria for the selection of candidates mentioned in article 6 of this section of the regulations of the

In accordance with the provisions of article R. 2142-18 of the public procurement code, if less than 3 candidates meet the advertised criteria, the regional council may continue the procedure with the candidates having the required capacities.

Each of the candidates having submitted a file within the framework of this call for candidates, will be heard by representatives of Direction Planning of the Territory and of the Purchasing Department, of the Bourgogne Franche-Comte Region, so that it can present the team formed, the skills, the means mobilized, their initial approach and their capacity to innovate with regard to the elements of framing of the mission.
