The subject of the contract is to carry out all activities (works) that lead topreparation of the strategic document "Conception of the application of Smart policies in the development of the Košice self-governing region (hereinafter referred to as" KUSKSK 2020 ") and elaboration of pilot project orientations with significant application of the Smart region conceptions" on the basis of communication with the contracting authority;, examples of good practice from the regions of Slovakia, the Czech Republic and the EU and others

List and short description of the conditions: III.1.1.1 Only those who meet the conditions for participation in personal status laid down in - 32 para. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment of Some Outcomes (the Act)

The applicant shall prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation concerning personal status pursuant to - 32ods. 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, respectively. according to - 32 par. III.1.1.2 The tenderer may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation by a single European document pursuant to - 39 para.

III.1.1.3 Demonstrating the conditions of participation shall also be effected vis---vis the contracting authority in accordance with Article 152 (1) of the Act. 4 zakona. The contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent record asentry in the list of economic operators under the law, or confirmation of entry issued to the competent authorities of another Member State, by means of which the tenderer proves fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the public procurement. The contracting authority shall also accept other equivalent documents submitted by the tenderer. III.1.1.4 The contracting authority shall verify the registration of the economic operator when assessing compliance with the conditions for participation.of the economic entity in the list of economic entities, if the applicant failed to submit documents pursuant to - 32 para. III.1.1.5 If the tenderer is a group of contractors, it proves the conditions of participation in accordance with - 37 para. 3 a ods.

III.1.1.6 The contracting authority in accordance with - 32 para. 3 of the Act states that on the grounds of the correctionWhen using data from public administration information systems, tenderers do not provide proof of entitlement to supply goods, carry out construction work or provide a service corresponding to the subject of the contract. 91/2016 Coll. on the criminal liability of legal persons and on the amendment and completion of certainpersonal status according to - 32 par. 1 pism. For further justification in the tender documents. 7, the second sentence of the Act decided that the evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions of participation and the evaluation of tenders in terms of meeting the requirements for the subject of the contract shall be carried out after the evaluation of tendersVI.3.11 Conditions and rules not provided for in this tender and in the tender documents are governed by Act No. 343/2015 Coll.

VI.3.12 The public procurement in question is not
