Preliminary (pre-investment) surveys according to Art. 138 of the Territorial Planning Act (SPA) to provide output data for the preparation of an investment project, as well as for the preparation of a draft project for its elaboration.q The main purpose of the contract is to carry out pre-investment studies, incl. restoration of the control-measuring system to provide output data for the preparation of an investment project. The purpose of the contract is to analyze the existing situation, geodetic survey and engineering-geological characterization of the territory, within the range indicated in the attached situation to-The main activities that will be carried out in the process of execution of the contract "Albena Pre-investment Surveying Surveys", Balchik municipality are:

1. Preparation of a detailed geodetic picture and mapping of the landslide within the defined territorial range. Performing an engineering and geological survey that includes:

- summarizing and analyzing archives(geological surveys and measurements of the measuring and measuring system), - engineering and geological characterization of the coastal slope, - engineering, geological and hydrogeological studies for the elucidation of geological-lithological construction, properties of building soils, hydrogeological conditions, physico-geological and engineeringecological processes and phenomena,

- calculations for soil sustainability. Preparation of a detailed report with recommendations for the development of options for strengthening. Making a general reinforcement scheme of the area. Preparation of project (s) of technical assignment / technical assignment for preparation of investment project (s) in preliminary design phase (IP). Restoration / construction of CIS and execution of neasy measurement. The contractor is expected to submit a specialized geodetic survey in accordance with the technical specification, engineering geological survey report and project design specification (s) for the proposed variant (s). It is expected that the existing data will be analyzed and conclusions and guidelines needed for the development of an investment project to ensure a normalThe project is expected to be developed and presented in 2 main stages: 1st phase - Specialized geodetic surveying and mapping of the landslide stage ІІ stage - Engineering-geological and hydrogeological study and preparation of design assignments for the proposed variants.
