Preparation of the Upper Odra River Basin Plan Update and Preparation of the Background for the Plan for Flood Risk Management in the Odry River

The subject of the public procurement is the updating of the Horn- Odry Plan and the documentation for Plan to manage flood risks in the Odra River basin within the meaning of Act No. 254/2001 Coll.-water and amendments to some laws, as amended, and in accordance with the announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Environment No. 24/2011 Coll., on flood plains and flood risk management plans in the current version. the contracting authority and the areas defined by the scope of the Horni Odry River Basin.

The subject of public procurement includes especially: 1) Preliminarye) the work of the plan of the river basin according to - 5, 8 - 15 of Decree No. 24/2011 Coll., on flood plains and flood risk management planes, 2) the appraisal of the results of preparatory works for the active involvement of water users and the public pursuant to - 16 of Decree no. 24/2011 Coll., On river basin districts and flood risk management planes, 3) Draft of the Long River Basin Plan according to the relevant legal regulations and on the basis of the(4) Proposal for the provision of flood risk management measures for individual areas with a significant flood risk according to - 18 of the Decree No. 24/2011 Coll., on river basin districts and planes for flood risk management in the valid version, Decree No. 24/2011 Coll., on river basin districts and planes for flood risk management in the valid version and preparation of documentation for Doc5) Access to the design of the river basin management plan for the active involvement of water users and the public according to Article 19 of Decree No. 24/2011 Coll., on river basin districts and flood risk management plans in the current text, 6) Planning of the plan of the river basin, according to the evaluation of the reminders with the adaptation according to the approved relevant national river basin plan and the corresponding permita plan for flood risk management pursuant to - 20 of the Decree No. 24/2011 Coll., on river basin districts and flood risk management plans in the current version.
