Realization of master plans for urban heat networks in the territory of the Metropole Aix-Marseille-Provence

The purpose of this framework agreement is to achieve the master plans that meet the requirements of the ADEME to support and guide the development of heat networks on the territory of the Metropole Aix-Marseille-Provence. This is an open tender. It is a framework agreement of intellectual benefits. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 et seq. Of the Public Order Code concluded with 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The framework agreement does not set all contractual stipulations, it will lead to the conclusionsubsequent markets under the conditions laid down in Articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Order Code. The terms and conditions for the award of subsequent contracts are given in the CCAP.

The purpose of this framework agreement is to achieve the master plans that comply with the requirements of the ADEME to accompany and guide the development of reseaheat on the territory of the Metropole Aix-Marseille-Provence. The framework agreement is awarded for a minimum amount of EUR 60 000 excluding tax and for a maximum amount of EUR 300 000 excluding tax over the total term of the 4 year framework agreement.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 2. II of the judgment of 22.3.2019, if the applicant is not able to produce the information and documents requested aboveor, he is authorized to prove his economic or financial capacity by any other means considered appropriate by the buyer.
