The purpose of the market is the development of drinking water master plans for 6 districts distributed in 3 regionss in Uzbekistan and the preparation of feasibility studies for priority projects identified.

Main Site: Paris and Uzbekistan.

Development of drinking water master plans for 6 districts in 3 regions in Uzbekistan and preparation of feasibility studies for priority projects identified.

- letter of application (or DC1 or DUME),

- power of the person entitledee to engage the candidate,

- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership,

- declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate did not enter in any of the cases mentioned to the code of the public order ( or DC1).

Statement concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the services which are the subject of the contract, carried out over the last three years.Available applications (DC2 or DUME).

Completed applications will be judged and scored against the following weighted selection criteria:

1) Financial Capability Criteria (30%):

- Overall turnover in the following categories: Last 3 years available (15 points),

- turnover in the area of activity covered by the market, covering the last 3 years(15 points)

2) technical capacity criteria (50%):

- references in the preparation of drinking water master plans and feasibility studies and related work for a population of more than 300, 000 inhabitants. At least 3 references finalized during the last 5 years (15 points),

- references in the conception and dimensioning of ininurban and peri-urban water supply (collection, treatment, storage, transfer and distribution), with a capacity greater than 50, 000 m / day; at least 5 references in the last 5 years (10 points),

- references in the diagnosis and analysis of operational performance and organization of public operators and definition of capacity building programat least 5 recent references in the last 5 years (10 points),

- references in environmental and social impact assessment of water supply projects projects, at least 3 references in the last 5 years ( 5 points),

- similar services provided by the market in Central Asian countries (5 points),

- similar servicesin the Uzbekistan market (5 points);

3) criteria related to professional capacity (20%):

- the educational and professional qualifications of the candidate or managers of the company and in particular of the persons in charge of services of the same kind as the market in question (10 points),

- the applicant's annual average manpower and the size of the staffin the last 3 years (10 points).
