Preliminary study to the taking of competence drinking water and sanitation

Preliminary study with the taking of competence potable water and sanitation.

Main Site: Community of communes of Grand Autunois Morvan.

The market is made up 7 slices: 4 firm slices and 3 optional slices

Firm slice:

Phase 1: data collection - state of the premises;

Phase 2: diagnosis and evaluation of services performance

Phase 3: comparison and upgrading of services

Phase 4: organization of the transfer of sanitation competence.

Option 1:

Phase 5: legal, administrative and financial support for the transfer of sanitation competence.

Optional Tranche 2:

Phase 6: organization of the transfer of the competence pot waterOptional slice 3:

Phase 7: legal, administrative and financial support for the transfer of the drinking water competence.

The notification periods for the establishment of the optional installments by the contracting authority are as follows:

- optional slice 1 : the tranche can be strengthened at any time, including before the end of the firm tranche, and up to 12 months maximum acfrom the date of notification of the start of the firm tranche (see CCTP),

- optional tranche 2: the tranche can be confirmed at any time, including before the end of the firm tranche, and up to 12 months maximum a from the date of notification of the start of the firm tranche,

- optional tranche 3: the tranche may be confirmed at any time, including before the end of the tranche fand until 6 months from the date of receipt of the termination of the optional tranche 2.

The consolidation takes the form of an express written decision.

The order of the optional installments is not not contractual, they may be firmed in an order different from the order in which it appears in the parts of the market.

In case of non-firming, it will not be paid fromindemnite given out.
