The subject of the contract includes a comprehensive organization of a trip to the ITB Berlin International Tourism Exchange on 3 8.3.2020 with the following assumptions:

- date of the fair: 4 8.3.2020,

- date of service away: 3 8.3.2020,

- place: Messe Berlin, Messedamm 22 fairgrounds - event: International Tu Stock ExchangeITB Berlin (Germany) - https://www.itb-berlin.com/, - organization of travel and admission to the fair: for up to 12 people,

- number of nights: 5,

- number and type of rooms: 12 rooms single or possibly dormitory rooms with the possibility of adaptation for single use with private bathrooms,

- organization and carrying out of an event accompanying a trade fair and exhibition eventej.

Tasks on the side of the Contractor:

I. Away

1. transport service of persons and materials,

2. provision of public transport tickets in Berlin,

3. hotel service (accommodation),

4. purchase of admission tickets to the fair,

5. board,

6. insurance,

7. providing a guardian (coordinator),

8. providing an interpreter.

II. Event accompanying the exhibition and exhibition event.

Detailed description of the subject of the orderis included in Annex 6 to the ToR.

The Contractor will meet this condition if he demonstrates that he has the financial means or creditworthiness of not less than PLN 100, 000.00 (one hundred thousand zlotys 00/100).

As a conversion rate to PLN data financial denominated in currencies other than PLN, use the average exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland on the first business day per monthin which the contract notice was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The contracting authority will conduct the procedure pursuant to art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law

The Employer determines the bid bond (details in the ToR): PLN 3, 000.00.

The list of statements or documents confirming the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion - it was specified in detail in the ToR.luches - specified in detail in the ToR.

Pursuant to art. 93 item 1a of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity will annul the proceeding if funds from the European Union budget, under the ROP ICE for the years 2014 2020, which the Awarding Entity intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, will not be granted.
