1 . The subject of the order is a comprehensive service for the implementation and organization of the promotional stand of the Voivodship of Małopolska during the 20thVIII Economic Forum in Krynica Zdr-j on 4-6.9.2018 as part of the project Business in Małopolska. Support and development for your company.

1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service for the implementation and organization of the promotional stand of the Voivodship of Małopolska during the XXVIII Economic Forum in Krynica Zdr-j on 4-6.9.2018 under the Busin projectess in Małopolska. Support and development for your company.

2. The organization of the promotional stand includes, among others: (a) design and construction of an individual exhibition space of 35 m,

b) providing reception and hostess service of the stand,

c) providing uniform costumes for reception and hostess service,

d) providing a fixed maintenance of the stand during the Forum,

e)receiving from the place in Krakow the promotional materials and elements of the stand decorating the Purchaser,

f) photographic documentation,

g) assembly and disassembly of the stand.

The detailed description of the order (SOPZ) is included in Annex 4 to the Regulations, which is at the same time Annex No. 1 to the contract.

3. Terms of order processingand are contained in the contract template constituting Annex 3 to the Regulations.

4. If in the descriptions there are: names of trademarks, patents or origin, this should only be treated as an aid in describing the subject of the order. In any case, acceptable products are acceptable in terms of use, materials, functionality, construction, colors, etc.

5. The order is financed in a frameof the project "Business in Małopolska Support and development for your company", co-financed from the European Union funds under Sub-measure 3.3.1 of the Regional Operational Program of the Małopolska Region for the years 2014-2020

1. The Employer informs that he will first evaluate the offers and then will examine whether the Contractor whose offer has been evaluated as the most advantageous, is not subject to chluczeniu.

2. Before the deadline for submitting offers, the Contractor is obliged to submit a bid bond, for the duration of the binding period in the amount of PLN 3, 000.00 in words: three thousand zlotys 00 / 100.

3. The bid bond may be brought in one or several of the forms listed in art. 45 par. 6 of the Act

4. The bid bond in cash should be transferred by bank transfer to the following bank account: 07 1020 2892 0000 5802 0667 3828 with the note "Deposit payment. Comprehensive service for the implementation and organization of the promotional stand of the Voivodship of Małopolska during the XXVIII Economic Forum in Krynica Zdr-j".
