Execution of the permanent exhibition of the Museum of Soldiers Cursed in Ostroleka

W the scope of the order is:

Main Site: Museum of Soldiers Cursed in Ostrołęka (in organization)

1. The presentof this order is the performance of the permanent exhibition of the Museum of Cursed Soldiers in Ostroleka.

2. The permanent exhibition should be based on a project by ART FM sp. Z o. Al. Waszyngtona 1, 30-204 Krakow. The project constitutes Annex 7 to this SIWZ.

3. The scope of the subject of the order includes the implementation of: i) Stage 1 installation of teletechnical and electrical installations, including:

a) Systemu Burglary and Assault Signaling (SWiN), CCTV system, Access Control System (SKD), structural network (LAN), lighting installations, audio and video installations for exhibitions, multimedia devices control systems and exhibition management, system installations cinematic for building F, ;

b) Integration of SMS security systems and integration with SSP.

d) Design and implementation of an internet portal, including at least: publication of information, purchase of tickets, online store. iii) guarantee and warranty for the period specified in the contract template. competences or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, i.e. they have a concession licensefor operating business in the field of assembly of electronic devices and alarm systems, signaling the threat of protected persons and property, and operation, maintenance and repairs in the places where they are installed. The required concession must be submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor, who will carry out the scope of the Order, which is associated with the obligation to have a concessionSSWIN project "eg subcontractor of SSWIN parts - Project documentation in the scope of Stage I teletechnical installations, due to the need to protect sensitive information related to the safety of the Museum and collections, will not be made available via electronic communication means, including it will not be published on the website Ordering Party, subject to the order of the robotaccess to the sensitive part of the project documentation is possible only by sending it to the Contractor at his request or at the headquarters of the Ordering Party after prior submission by the persons authorized to represent the Contractor, a confidentiality statement in accordance with the model constituting Annex 8 to the ToR. The statement must be accompanied by documents confirming the authorization of the representativethe Contractor and the concession owned by the Contractor in the scope of personal and property protection services in the form of technical security. The Contracting Authority points out that the Contractors may additionally become acquainted with the terms of the order during the local inspection.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 6 of the Act, in an amount not exceeding 10% of the value of the ordersand basic.
