Framework contract for stand construction

Karel de Grote College is active annually on / - 6 scholarships that make use of an exhibition stand. These are the following events:

The contractor must be responsible for the activities surrounding these events:

• The storage of the exhibition stand. The university college has its own elements that make up the exhibition stand for the Sid-in trade fairs

• The design and design of the stand based on the ground plans. This also includes customizing (eg information column, signposts ...) or expanding the stand with new elements for the exhibition stand.

• Complete assembly and disassembly of the stand at the various locationsvents (this is done without the supervision of an employee of the Hogeschool) • The insurance of the various elements of the exhibition stand (this remains the property of the university) • Transport of the elements from and to the various editions of the fair; the contractor must also be responsible for the one-off transport of the elements from the current storage location to the eggstorage space.
