Fine concept, production and installation of an exhibition in the Harzwaldhaus in Bad Harzburg (currently still "House of the forest") on 300 square meters exhibition space.

The client is for the bidder with whom the contract is to be closed, request an excerpt from the central commercial register (- 105 Gewerbeordnung) at the Federal Central Register in order to:If a certificate from the country of origin of a foreign tenderer is not issued or is not issued in full, it may be replaced by an affidavit or formal declaration by the foreign tenderer.

- Proof of registration in the official list of qualified tenderers Business, into the entrepreneur- and supplier list (ULV) of the ABSt Sachsen-Anhalt (www.sachsen- anhalt.abst.de) or DIHK PQ-VOL (still valid until 30.9.2018) or presentation of the following valid individual proofs:

- Business registration and, where applicable, commercial notification in Copy or tax identification number or equivalent evidence in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established,

- self-declaration in free formehlter form that the company is not in bankruptcy or liquidation,

- Applicant's Declaration of the Land Saxony-Anhalt (see attachment),

- Declaration of consent data protection (see attachment),

- Declaration that no exclusion in accordance with -- 123, 124 GWB are available (see Annex).

Beyond that (not part of the ULV), the following proofs / statements with the offer are available-to provide:

- the total turnover of the company for the past 3 years,

- the turnover of the services comparable to the advertised output for the past 3 years,

proof of an industrial indemnity insurance (copy of part of the policy from the previous year) the insured risks with the respective ones-For candidate communities, a legally binding signed bidder / grouper declaration must be made jointly and severally liable and an authorized representative appointed (see attachment).

If a candidate community submits a request to participate, the afore-mentioned proof of eligibility is one member-

For subcontractors, only the application form must be completed and signed (see attached).

1) The participation documents and all other information (in particular applicant information) will be published / published exclusively on the eVergabe portal Saxony-Anhalt. The candidate is therefore obliged2) The candidates selected to tender must compulsorily submit to the submission of tenders in the 32nd calendar week (6.8.-10.8.2018). The deadlines will be binding upon the invitation to tender;

3) The client plans, on 1.10. and 2.10.2018 of the selectedapplicants / bidders to present their ideas to a jury (consisting of 6 inde- pendent members). According to - 77 Abs. 2 VgV, the draft and the presentation will be paid in total in the amount of € 1, 000 gross. This entitlement is only available to unaccounted bidders / consortia. These have corresponded to the client after completion of the award procedureaccount.
