Tilburg University (TiU) is looking for a user-friendly reservation search and reporting system (ZRRS) for the occupation and reservation of meeting rooms and findability of free study workspaces. This funcThese can be realized in and offered with a portal or platform, in which various functionalities of various software solutions in the field of facility can come together now and later.

Tilburg University is therefore looking for a user-friendly system for searching and finding free study workspaces and searching, finding and reserving a meetinggaps, both with filter options on desired facilities. A reporting tool is desirable for both functionalities, as a result of which control on, and the use of, the required spaces can be improved. The functionalities have the working title:

1. Find a Workspace

2. Book a Room

The functionalities must be realized in and offered with a platform, in which various functionsalities of various software solutions in the area of facility can come together now and later. The whole, so the ZRRS platform is collectively referred to as "The System". The Tenderer must therefore offer all elements that have been hatched in red.
