Poligrafico intends through this contract to entrust the technical assistance services and maintenance of Central and Regional Infrastructures as well as of the systembut of storage and backup of the APFIS system, through which the continuity of the services provided by them must be guaranteed. The procedure is aimed at the assignment of support services to ensure the correct functioning of the Central Infrastructures of the AFIS1 and AFIS2 instances, the regional infrastructures of the APFIS system as well as the related storage and backup system, con the objective of improving its efficiency, ensuring adequate levels of service and, at the same time, rationalizing management costs. In particular, this contract concerns the technical assistance and maintenance of central and regional infrastructures as well as the APFIS / AFIS storage and backup system (Automated Palmprint and Fingerprint Identification System).of the grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i., of any other situation that determines the exclusion from tenders and / or the incapacity to contract with the public administration, as well as the interdictory cause referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001.

The tender procedure will be entirely managed on the Poligrafic telematic purchasing systemor accessible at www.eproc.ipzs.it, pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; in order to participate, the interested economic operators will therefore have to previously and compulsorily register on the portal www.eproc.ipzs.it according to the procedures described in the Competition Regulations. The duration of the contract may be extended, pursuant to art. 106, c. 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the teastrictly necessary for the completion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor. In this case the contractor will be required to perform the services provided for in the contract at the same prices, terms and conditions or more favorable for Poligrafico. The provisions concerning the method of presentation of the required documentation, as well as the indications relto carry out the procedure, are contained in the notice and in the specifications for the tender to which reference is made. These documents can be found in electronic format on the website www.eproc.ipzs.it in the section relating to the tender procedure. Any additional information and / or clarifications concerning the subject of the contract and / or the procedures for participation in the tender, may be requested using the-the appropriate section of the system for the tender in question. The requests, which must be formulated in Italian, must be received within ______________________________. The opening operations may be followed by each participant in the procedure, also by connecting remotely to the Poligrafico telematic purchasing system. The competitor agrees to receive the communicationions referred to in art. 76 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 in the special section of the system for the tender in question as well as the alternative domicile chosen for the aforementioned communications in the case of unavailability of the system and in any case in which the Poligrafico considers it opportune.Il this call for tenders does not in any way bind the contracting authority, which reserves the f at any timenot to proceed with the procedure, to suspend it and / or cancel it or to extend its terms, without the competitors being able to make any claim in this regard.
