Lot 1: Management and maintenance of the Frontignan / Marseillan reception areas. As part of its competence, Sete Agglopole Mediterranee has decided to entrust the management and maintenance of its reception areas to a single external provider.
Lot 1: Management and maintenance of the Frontignan / Marseillan reception areas. As part of its competence, Sete Agglopole Mediterranee has decided to entrust the management and maintenance of its reception areas to a single external provider:
- an area of 22 sites (44 caravans) currently operating in the municipality of Marseillan, located 466 route dagde.
- an area of 18 sites (36 caravans) currently operating on the town of Frontignan, located 1, chemin de la Carriere Basse.
In the frame of these services, the candidates will be in charge of 3 missions designated below:
1) mission of reception of the users and management;
2) animation of the social partial to facilitate access to the common law;
3) technical mission of maintenance of the area (maintenance work and small repairs) the services will begin on 1.1.2019.
