Call for applications - Supply of LEDS luminaires

The purpose of the market is to supply functional LED luminaries, road optics, with preprogrammed and programmable driver, which can be piloted by an external controller, in order to cover the needs of the contracting authorities during theNext 4 years in the framework of the replacement of existing equipment.

The tenderer produces the Single European Market Document, which consists of an up-to-date proprietary discount declaration which is accepted by the contracting authority as proof a priori in place and place of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the candidat concerns:

1) is not in one of the situations of exclusion referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016;

2) meets the applicable selection criteria which have been established in accordance with article 71 of the law of 17.6.2016.

The DUME, whereby the tenderer declares that he satisfies the following selection criteria:

1) An appropriate bank statement drawn up in accordance withthe model set out in Annex 11 of the AR of 18.4.2017;

2) A statement concerning the overall turnover of the undertaking and the turnover of the area of activity covered by the contract, covering the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the activities of the economic operator, insofar as the information on thehe business figures are available.
