The contract is intended to result in a framework agreement before conference and event launches. The procurement includes providing conference and event services at the confecleaners and events organized by the MSB and, in connection with the cancellation of a conference and event event, also carry out group bookings. The MSB shall be able to use event schedules in full or in part depending on the event's attendance and MSB's own available resources at the appeal stage.

The contract is intended to result in a framework agreement before the conference and event commencementt.
