Tent hall rental service and comprehensive service in the field of security in portable kitchen equipment - kitchen containers of training units at the training ground, implemented by 16 WOG

1. The subject of the contract is the rental of tent halls and a comprehensive security service in portable deviceschenne - kitchen containers of training units at the training ground, implemented by 16 WOG. The scope of the order - the procedure is divided into 3 tasks.

Task No. 1 for renting tent halls

1) Rental - a tent hall with a delivery line;

2) Rental - a tent hall.

1) competence or authorization to conduct a specific professional activity, if it results it is from separate regulations Task # 1, 2 and 3

a) The Employer considers that the condition has been met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has the right to conduct professional activity covered by the subject of this order, i.e. submits a valid permit for emptying drainage tanks and transport of liquid waste referred to in art. 7 item 1 point 2) of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in the communenach (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454) issued by the executive body of the commune in which the subject of the contract will be implemented, i.e. the communes: Drawsko Pomorskie, Kalisz Pomorski, Jastrowie.

Lack of rights or loss during implementation will result in a ground for withdrawal from the contract due to the fault of the Contractor;

b) the Employer considers that the condition has been met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has a readiness documentand collection of liquid waste by the wastewater treatment station (signed contract).

a) civil liability insurance in the scope of conducted business activity related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum of at least:

- task no. PLN 1, 200, 000.00,

- task no. 2 150, 000.00 PLN,

- task no. 3 100, 000.00.

At the stage of the ongoing proceedings Zthe ordering party demands that the declaration be submitted to the ToR, however, the Contractor is obliged to present the original of this document at each call.

Note:

if the Contractor submits an offer e.g. value and demonstrate liability insurance in respect of the business related to the subjectorders for a minimum of PLN 450, 000.00;

b) financial resources or creditworthiness of at least :

- task No. 1, 200, 000.00,

- task No. 2, 150, 000.00,

- task # 3, 100, 000.00 PLN.

Note:

if the Contractor submits an offer, e.g. for tasks 1, 2 and 3 of the procedure, he should add up the abovementioned value and demonstrate the value of financial resources at the sum of min. PLN 450, 000.00.
