Selection of contractor for information and communication in the implementation of the project "Bulgarian municipalities work together to improve air quality", life17 ipe / en / 000012
The contractor should carry out the following activities at each stage in the course of implementation, agrees with the client in advance:

The Contractor should alsoperform the following activities, each stage in the implementation process being agreed in advance with the contracting authority:
1. Organizing and holding events at national level:
- organizing a national round table Sofia - 2 pieces.
2. Organizing and conducting local events
- Organizing local roundtables in the cities of Burgas, Stara Zagora, Montana, Ruse and Veliko Tarnovo - 10- pavilions in the municipalities of Sofia, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Montana, Ruse and Veliko Tarnovo - 6.
3. Media coverage of project activities through the media - print and electronic:
- paid publications in 2 central newspapers and 2 local newspapers - 6 issues,
- video development - 1 issue.
4. Preparation of information materials on the project:
- white(without dates) - 7 000 pieces,
- pens - 7 000 pieces,
- flash memory - 7 000 pieces,
- paper bags - 7000 pieces,
- poster - 6000 pieces
5. Website Improvement and Maintenance 1 Issue
2.1. The requirement under item 2 is evidenced by a list of the staff who will be responsible for the implementation, as well as documents proving the professional competence of the persons. Doc. before according to Art. 67, para. 5 and Art. 112, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
