The assignor removes from the procedure the participant for whom the following grounds for elimination are present: the circumstances under Art. 107 of the PPA; circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations with a Company Actregistered entities in preferential tax jurisdictions, related persons and their actual owners; circumstances under Art. 101, para. 9, 10 and 11 of the Public Procurement Act; circumstances under Art. 69, para. 1 and 2 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of the Unlawfully Acquired Property. The assignor removes from the procedure the participant for whom the grounds for removal are available, correlated with the personal situation of the participants under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, occurring before or during the procedure. The Assignor may invite participants to extend the validity of bids when it expires. The participant, who does not extend the validity term of his offer after the invitation and within the term specified therein, is removed from participation.

Anywhere in the technical specificationor in other parts of the tender dossier, where an indication of a particular model, source, process, trade mark, patent, type, origin, standard or production is readable and understood "or equivalent". tenders on one or more of the lots, at the discretion of the participant, such as the maximum number of items that may beif the bid matches the total number of positions.

The estimated values for each of the segments are maximal. Proposals of the participants must not exceed the estimated value of the public procurement in the respective lot.

The Contracting Authority allows the submission of one application for participation (the documents under Article 39, paragraph 2 of the PPPP)
