Providing and paying an air-conditioned room at the same hotel for an event equipped with audio / video equipment, a flipcharter and wireless internet for 10 people for 3 days all day and 2 days for 3 hours

Provision and payment of interpreter for interpretation from Bulgarian to Romanian and from Romanian to Bulgarian for 3 days 6 hours and 2 days 3 hours .

Problem № 5 Balchik - 1 issue

Provision and payment of interpreter for interpretation from Bulgarian to Romanian and from Romanian to Bulgarian for 3 days 6 hours and 2 days for 3 hours

For lot 1 - participantthe place is entered in the National Tourist Register under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and / or item 2 of the Law on Tourism and for foreign persons in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established

When submitting the tender the participant declares conformity with the requirement, indicating in Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section A, Edited by EEDOP Document (s) for Entry inthe register shall state the national databases containing the declared circumstances or the competent authorities which are required to provide information under the laws of the country in which the applicant or the participant is established • Prior to the conclusion of the contract the participant designated as a contractor shall provide a copy of the document (s) for entry into the National Tourist Register under-Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 and / or item 2 of the Law on Tourism. If the participant is a non-resident, he can present a valid equivalent document or statement or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area proving the entry of the participant in a relevant registerof this country.

Not applicable. The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in the procedure for the award of a public contract if: - - there are grounds under Art. 54 of the Public Procurement Act, - there are the grounds under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act, - - the grounds under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, there are the grounds under Art. 3, item 8 of ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС, - there are the grounds under Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of Illegally Acquired Property, - the bid / documents submitted by the participant are not in Bulgarian, - the participant has changed the template of the procedure, - the participant has submitted a Technical Proposal for the execution of the order, which does not correspond to the normative requirements for the implementation of the activities under this public ordertechnical specifications, the requirements of the contracting authority and without specific proposals, data and circumstances, - a tenderer has proposed an implementation period longer than the one specified by the contracting authority, - a tenderer has proposed a period of validity of its tender less of the tenderer's bid, the bidder whose bid exceeds the estimated value of a processas well as the individual maximum unit values by activity, and / or with cumulative / arithmetical errors will be eliminated.

Measures to prove reliability are in accordance with Art. 56 of the Public Procurement Act. Using the capacity of third parties is in accordance with Art. 65 of the Public Procurement Act. In case of a subcontractor, the provisions of Art. 66 of the Public Procurement Act. In the event of a joint venture, the assignor shall set the conditions under Art. 37, para. 3 and para. 4 ofPPPOP. The submission / receipt of tenders is in accordance with Art. 47 and Art. 48 of the RPSP. The receipt of tenders and additional documents is in accordance with Art. 28, para. 4 of the PPPP

Terms and method of payment

Method of payment by lots:

1. According to lot 1 - payments, according to the contractor's price proposal, according to the actual accomplished tasks amounting to up to 100% (one hundred percent) of the valueof the contract within 30 (thirty) calendar days after submission of a report (report) on the activities carried out for each task within 5 working days after the date of completion of the task and signing of a bilateral protocol for the performed task under the contract as well as the presentation of an original invoice (s) approved in advance by the contracting authority. By lot 2 - paymento is only once, according to the contractor's price offer, after the delivery of the contract within 30 (thirty) calendar days (the method of payment depends on whether the delivery was accepted without remark or there is a signed memorandum):

(a) Option 1 (acceptance without notice of delivery); - Signing of a two-sided acceptance and transmission protocol;(b) Option 2 (in case of deviations of completeness and conformity of delivery with the technical proposal and the approved graphic designs of the products and materials and a signed statement of findings) - after signing of the final acceptance and delivery protocol, as well as the submission of an original invoice, has been approved in advanceof the contracting authority;

Important: Lot 2 has been retained on the grounds of Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act and may be subject to participation, provided that at least 30 per 100 of the list of its members are from disabled or disadvantaged persons
