"Organization and Holding of Events, Meetings and Conferences" with 2 lots The subject of this public procurement includes the provision of services for organizing and conducting of events, meetings and conferences.The order is divided into 2 distinct positions. Site: The place of performance of the order is on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.is the logistical provision in the organization of trainings, meetings for finding partners and workshops in implementation of project LIFE14CAP / BG / 000013 (CAPTA BG) "Technical Assistance for Capacity Building of the Bulgarian Ministry of Environment and Waters for Implementation of LIFE Program ", funded by the European Commission's LIFE Program, with Beneficiary Ministry of Environment, the environment and water. LIFE 14CAP / BG / 000013 (CAPTA BG), funded by the LIFE Program of the European Commission, is included in the scope of the service. The contractor should ensure that seven (seven) trainings and workshops are held in connection with the implementation of the CAPTA BG project.and the suitability for the exercise of professional activities by the participants

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the economic and financial standing of the participants

The Single European Public Procurement Document shall be submitted only electronically (EDEDOP), signed by all persons, . 54, para. 2 and Art. 55, para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act

A participant who does not submit a technical proposal or does not answerof the announced terms of the contract will be removed from participation in the procurement procedure on the grounds of Art. 107, item 2, b. "A" of the Public Procurement Act

A participant who does not submit a bid or does not meet the announced terms of the contract will be removed on the basis of Article 107, item 2, letter "a" of the PPL

Out of the envelope "Offered price parameters "should not be specifiedprice information. A participant who in any way has included somewhere in his offer outside the "Suggested Pricing Parameters" items related to the offered price or parts of it will be removed from participation in the procedure.

Continued from Section III.1.3.) "Technical and professional capabilities":

Additional conditions for applicable cases. In the case of unions that are notlegal entities, compliance with the selection criteria shall be evidenced by the participating association and not by any of the persons included in it, except for the relevant registration, presentation of a certificate or other condition required for the execution of the contract, according to the requirements of normative or administrative act and according to the distribution of the participation of the persons in the implementation of the activities, unimaginable in the unification treaty. Where a participant is a non-resident, he shall provide an equivalent equivalent of the documents required to prove the selection criteria under the legislation of the State in which he is established. Participants may, for the specific contract, rely on the capacity of third parties, irrespective of the legal relationship between them, technical skills and professional competence. When a participant refers to the capacity of third parties, he must be able to prove that he will have the resources available by presenting documents about the obligations assumed by third parties. Third parties must meet the relevant selection criteria for proving where the participant refers to their capand for them there are no grounds for removal from the procedure. The assignor requires the participant to replace the third party indicated by the third party if it does not meet any of the conditions under item 5

7. Where a participant in the procedure is a grouping of natural and / or legal persons, it can demonstrate the fulfillment of the selection criteria with the capacity of third parties subject to the conditions of point 4-and 5.

Where applicable, part II (C) of the annex to the public procurement document - ENEDOP (Annex 3) shall be completed.

Where the participant subcontracts, the latter must meet the relevant selection criteria according to the type and the share of the contract they will execute.

Where applicable, part II (D) of the annexes to the public documentation• Prior to the award of a public procurement contract, the tenderer designated as a contractor shall provide up-to-date documents certifying the lack of grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria set. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any
