1. The subject of the order is the development and organization of a series of meetings aimed at facilitating the establishment of contacts and potential cooperation between enterprises (start-ups and large enterprisesami), identifying the needs of both groups and barriers that cause a lack of cooperation or an unsatisfactory level. While implementing the order, a problem-based approach should be applied, ie a solution aimed at solving identified shortages

1. The subject of the order is the development and organization of a series of meetings aimed at facilitating the establishment of contacts and potential co-workerscooperation between enterprises (start-ups and large enterprises), identification of the needs of both groups and barriers that cause a lack of cooperation or its unsatisfactory level. When implementing the order, a problem approach should be applied, ie a solution to the identified deficiencies. • Industry or industry topics should be addressed during meetings-industries to discover potential areas of cooperation and aimed at preparing entrepreneurs for the implementation of innovative projects.

The added value of these meetings should be visible in the networking element.

2. The Contractor's Detailed Task Scope is specified in Annex No. 1 to the IWZ (OPZ).

3. The Contracting Party does not provide for the possibility of single-source procurementh referred to in art. 67ust. 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law

1. In terms of "technical or professional capacity", the Contractor is obliged to show that: - 1) in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting bids, and if the period of business is shorter during this period, duly completed 2 services consisting in organizing the event: szkolenia / meetings / conferences / seminar addressed tostart-up and large companies 'and business-related institutions' supporters, in which no less than 35 people participated in each and the scope of the service included:

a) development of the substantive concept of the event,

b) comprehensive technical organization and event service, including recruitment of participants, using IT tools, and providing food,

c) every serviceat least PLN 70, 000 (if the value of the service was determined in a currency other than the zloty, the exchange rate will be based on the average PLN exchange rate announced by the President of the National Bank of Poland and applicable on the day of the contract for the service);

2) has or will have people with appropriate professional qualifications - and experience necessary for the correct implementation of the order, i.e. Coordinator of the order - a person responsible for the preparation and implementation of at least 3 events: conferences / seminars / congresses / workshops;

b) Coordinator for recruitment a person who was responsible for conducting recruitment for at least 3 events, i.e. .: konferencja / seminarium / kongres / warsztat;

c) 2 meeting specialists who were responsible for-organization and logistics of orders within the organization of 3 events: conferences / seminars / congresses / workshops, in which at least 50 people participated. NOTE: One person can only fulfill one function in the team performing the task.

2. The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of changing the content of the concluded contract on the basis of the conditions specified in - 14 of the contract template. 3. The orderer requires to lodgeand a deposit of 5, 000 (in words: five thousand) PLN before the deadline for submission of tenders. It is recommended to make an offer on the offer form, the model of which is Annex 2 to the IWZ. The Contractor shall enclose to the bidding form: - a) a statement constituting Annex No. 3 to the ToR, - b) a power of attorney to represent the Contractor (contractors appearing jointly), if the offer is completemocnik;

c) obligation of another entity, if the Contractor relies on resources or the situation of another entity,

d) if applicable: Annex No. 1 to the tender form - description of the Contractor's experience referred to in Chapter XV point 3 IWZ with evidence, (the description should be presented in a way that allows evaluation of the offer in accordance with the criterion "Contractor's performance" described in chapter XV).

5. InThe Contractor will present:

1) The method of acquiring participants of meetings;

2) Identification of barriers to cooperation between large enterprises and startups;

3) A proposal for pro-ecological solutions. The Contractor will present proposals for pro-ecological solutions, which he proposes to use during the implementation of the orders and which will be consistent with the concept of the project.

6. The period of binding the Contractor by the submitted offersi 60 days from the deadline for submission of offers. 7. The orderer informs that he will process personal data obtained during the proceedings.
