The acquisition of services for organizing events.
The maximum admissible size of the dynamic system is an estimated 1, 500 events with an estimated value of RON 60, 660, 000.00
Candidates, third party supporters and subcontractors (if applicable) do not have to-to find themselves in the situations provided in art. 164, 165, 167. The way to prove the fulfillment of the requirement: The economic operators involved in the award procedure will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the award procedure with the information related to their situation.
Candidates, supporters and subcontractors (if applicable) find in the situations provided in art. 58 63 from Legea nr. 98/2016. Mode of accomplishment: The declaration according to art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016. This will be submitted by all participants with the submission of the DUAE.
The supporting documents demonstrating the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE are to be presented in the first stage, ie the stage of the submission of the requests for participation and the selection of the candidates together with-loading DUAE. These documents may be:
- certificates of absence of debts regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget, state budget, etc.). Certificates must certify the absence of overdue debts at the time of their filing,
the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the management body, management or supervision of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / constitutive act, - as the case may be, documents demonstrating the fact that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171-of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement, - other editing documents.
