Service for organizing and providing logistic support, including organizational and technical preparation for conducting events of different format for employees and workers in the SPO OP. Various events include• Main site: The territory of BULGARIA • Service for organizing and providing logistic support, including organizational and technical preparation for conducting events of different format for the employees and the workers in the SPO OP The different events include the execution of different combinationsaccommodation services, catering, room and equipment, transport. Types of events: conferences, trainings, seminars, exchange of good practices, information days / day of open doors, teambuilding. Logistics and organizational and technical training include: providing transportation, hotels and accommodation, renting halls and technical equipment, sounding, providing meals and coffee breaks.the expected number of events for a one-period event is 2 x The average number of participants is expected to be between 40 and 70 per 1 event
There will be about 1 event involving 150 to 200 people
Duration: for events in Sofia 1 day; for events outside Sofia 2 and 3 days
The participant should be entered in the Tour Operators Register and Tourist Agents part of thenational tourist register, in accordance with Art. 61, para. 4 of the Law on Tourism, and for non-residents - in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established. To demonstrate the professional fitness, the participant declares in the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) information on the circumstances, according to the national database in whichcontains the declared circumstances or the competent authorities which, under the legislation of the state in which the participant is established, are obliged to provide the information.
Documents to prove the above requirement - a copy of the certificate for entry in the Tour Operator Register and the Travel Agents part of the National tourist register in accordance with Art. 61, para. 4 of Заhorses for tourism. When the participant provides for subcontractingthe requirement shall be demonstrated for those subcontractors who, according to the type and proportion of the contract awarded to them, will perform a tour operator / tourist agent activity.
Documents shall be submitted by the participant designated as contractor or upon request in the course of the procedure in the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the economic and financial situationparticipants' participation. For the participants in the procedure, there should be no grounds for removal under Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 and art. 55, para. 1, items 1 and 4 of the Public Procurement Act. For the participants in the procedure, the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictionsregime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners and the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of the Acquired Property. The performance guarantee is 5% of the estimated value of the contract without VAT included. The guarantee is presented in one of the following forms: cash amount; Bank guarantee; insurance, which ensures performance by covering the contractor's liability. The Contractor is obliged to maintain a valid guarantee for performance of the service at the amount and term specified in the contract. The payment of the agreed types of activities shall be made by bank transfer as specified in the draft contract. When submitting a tender, the participant declares the absence of the grounds for removal and withcompliance with the selection criteria by providing a Single European Procurement Document (EEDOP). In accordance with Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority may require the participants at any time to submit all or part of the documents proving the information specified in the EEDOP when this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure. According to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act before the conclusion of a contract, the contracting authority asks the contractor to provide up-to-date documents certifying the lack of grounds for removal from the procedure and compliance with the selection criteria. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any
