The framework agreement and the subsequent contracts will consist of the provision of organizational services events, accommodation, meals and transport, including related services, required for deploymentof activities within the project "Active for a Competitive Future."

Ensuring accommodation, meals, conference rooms for the courses and events within the project

Tenderers will submit a declaration on their own responsibility that the economic operator has not been convicted by a final court order, thatdoes not have a member of the administrative, management or supervisory body of that economic operator and has no persons with the power of representation, decision or control within that person who have been convicted by a final decision for committing one of the following offenses: an organized crime group, corruption offenses, crimes againstfinancial frauds of the European Union, acts of terrorism, money laundering, trafficking and exploitation of vulnerable persons, fraud. Form no. 1 - Declaration of eligibility.

Tenderers will make a declaration on their own responsibility indicating that the economic operator is not in one of the following situations: - - has violated its obligations to pay taxes, duties orcontributions to the consolidated general budget, and this has been established by a court order or administrative decision having a final and binding character in accordance with the law of the State in which the economic operator is established, - has violated the relevant obligations in the environmental, of employment relationships, - are in insolvency proceedings or in-liquidation, judicial oversight or cessation of work, - has committed a serious professional misconduct that questions integrity, - has entered into agreements with other economic operators aimed at distorting competition within or in connection with the present proceedings, find themselves in a situation of conflict of interest within or in connection with this procedure, - ante participationthe economic operator in the preparation of the procedure has led to a distortion of competition, - the economic operator has seriously or repeatedly breached its main obligations under a procurement contract and these violations have led to the early cessation of of the respective contract, payment of damages or other comparable penalties,

- the economic operator was madeguilty of misrepresentation in the content of the information submitted at the request of the purchaser, has not provided this information or is unable to provide the required supporting documents, - the economic operator has attempted to unlawfully influence the purchaser's decision-making process, to obtain confidential information - could give undue advantages in the proceedingsor misrepresenting erroneous information that may have a material influence on the purchaser's decisions to exclude that economic operator from the procedure, selecting it or assigning the framework agreement to that economic operator.

Will be completed and the Form no. 2 - Statement of exclusion situations.

In the case of an association, each member will submit Forms 1 and 2.

The bidders will not be in conflict of interest.

They will fill in and submit Form no. 3 - Conflict of Interest Declaration.

The following persons :

1) Event Coordinator - Asking for a person with at least 3 years' experience in organizing events, who will bepa

solving all problems related to the organization of events / seminars, accommodation and mass to be provided.

Event Responsible - 1 person - the allocation of a person with at least one (1) year experience in the organization of the events is requested. They will be involved in organizing conferences, supporting the event coordinator and the project team. They will(including accommodation, meals, events, transport, etc.) • Presentation of documents / information about the organization of the event (accommodation, meal, event, transport, etc.) certifications from which to perform similar services during a period covering the wholet last 3 years. The last 3 years will be calculated by the deadline for submitting the offer, with the indication that the mode of calculating the period will not be affected by any eventual delay of the deadline set in the notice of participation.
