CPV Description:

For the duration of the contract, the selected contractor should:

For the period of the contract the selected contractor should:

1.1. organized and held 6 items. events in 6 cities in the Republic of Bulgaria; provide and brand out equipped tents and stands;provide media coverage of events (advertising and PR); Capture video cards for each event

1.5. ensure the presence of bio-producers funded under the RDP (2014-2020);

1.6. organizes a culinary show program for each of the events .. The assignor does not require the participants to be eligible for professional activity.to the economic and financial status of the participants.

In the procedure may participate any Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person or their associations which meets the conditions of art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the requirements of the contracting authority. The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art. 107of the PPL, as well as the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ЗИФОДЮПРСТТЛТДС). 58 of the Public Procurement Act and shall be submitted by the participant selected as Contractor, The documents proving compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted before the conclusion of the contract for award of a public procurement contract in accordance with Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and are: - List of contracts for the last 3 years from the date of submission of the offer, with specified values, dates and recipients, together with evidence of the service rendered, and pepisodes or other credible sources of evidence of initiatives or partnerships, - a list of the staff to be executed and the members of the managerial staff responsible for the performance, indicating the professional competence of the persons, - a declaration under Art. . 59, para. 1, item 3 of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering.

Performance guarantee

1. Enforcement guaranteethe contract shall be submitted by the tenderer designated as the contractor at the time of signing the contract at the rate of 5% (five percent) of its total value, exclusive of VAT. The conditions for the release and retention of the performance guarantee are set out in the draft contract. The participant designated as contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee itself. The performance guarantee is overin the form of a bank guarantee in original, a sum of money (original of a payment order) or insurance (original of a policy), which ensures execution by covering the contractor's liability. If the performance guarantee of the contract is presented in the form of a sum of money, it is transferred to the account of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry at the Bulgarian National Bank. The bank charges for the transfer are at the expense of the ordering party. If the guarantee for performance of the contract is in the form of a bank guarantee, it must be unconditional, irrevocable and payable in whole or in part at the amount specified by the grantor at the first written request in which the contracting authority states that the contractor has failed to fulfill the obligation under the contractor the contracting authority has terminated the contract due to fault on the part of the contractor.
