The framework agreement and the subsequent contracts will consist of the provision of organizational services events, accommodation, meals and transport, including related services, required for deploymentACTIV activities for a competitive future

Provision of accommodation, meals and conference rooms for the courses and events within the project.

Tenderers will submit a declaration on their own responsibility that the economic operator has not been convicted by a final court order, that it is not-has as a member of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator and has no persons with the power of representation, decision or control within that person who have been convicted by a final judgment for committing one of the following offenses: organized crime group, corruption offenses, offenses against intethe financial resources of the European Union, acts of terrorism, money laundering, trafficking and exploitation of vulnerable persons, fraud. Form no. 1 - Declaration of eligibility.

Tenderers will make a declaration on their own responsibility indicating that the economic operator is not in one of the following situations: - - has violated its obligations regarding the payment of taxes, fees or the likeof contributions to the consolidated general budget, and this has been established by a court order or administrative decision having a final and binding character, in accordance with the law of the State in which the economic operator is established, - has violated the relevant obligations in the environmental, and employment relationships,

- are in insolvency proceedings or inliquidation, judicial oversight or cessation of work, - has committed a serious professional misconduct that questions integrity, - has entered into agreements with other economic operators aimed at distorting competition within or in connection with the present proceedings, finds himself / herself in a situation of conflict of interest within or in connection with the present proceedings,

- participation anterthe economic operator in the preparation of the procedure has led to a distortion of competition, - the economic operator has seriously or repeatedly breached its main obligations under a procurement contract, and these infringements have led to the early cessation of the respective contract, the payment of damages or other comparable penalties,

- the economic operator was made vfalse statements in the content of the information submitted at the request of the purchaser, did not submit this information or is unable to provide the requested supporting documents, - the economic operator attempted to unlawfully influence the purchaser's decision-making process, obtain confidential information could give undue advantages in the procedureor misrepresenting erroneous information that may have a material influence on the purchaser's decisions to exclude that economic operator from the procedure, selecting it or assigning the framework agreement to that economic operator.

Form No. 1 will be filled in and submitted. 2 - Statement of Exclusion Situations.

In the case of an association, fone member will submit Forms 1 and 2.

The bidders will not be in conflict of interest.

They will complete and submit Form no. 3 - Conflict of Interest Declaration.

The following persons will be assured:

1 ) A Events Coordinator - It is requested to allocate a person with at least 3 years experience in organizing the events, which will deal with-solving all problems related to the organization of events / seminars, accommodation and meal to be provided; 2) Event manager - 1 person - requesting the allocation of a person with at least one (1) year experience in organizing the events. They will be involved in organizing conferences, supporting the event coordinator and the project team. They want a relationshipwith the participants, they will be responsible for registering and directing them, for the promotion of the events promotion materials, as well as for any other issues that might arise, related to the organization of the event (accommodation, meal, event, transport, etc.). documents / certifications from which to perform similar services during a period covering the mlast 3 years. The last 3 years will be calculated up to the deadline for submission of the offer, with the indication that the calculation of the period will not be affected by any delays in the deadline set in the contract notice.
