Provision of services related to the design, organization and coordination of the G7 ministerial meetings in 2019

Design servicesthe organization and co-ordination of ministerial meetings organized in the framework of the G7 in 2019. The services are of the standard type (item A of the financial annex) and the purchase orders (items B and C of the G7). financial annex) without minimum or maximum, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 on public procurement.

Financing-of this market is provided by the State budget. The administration is released from the sums due by transfer of the budgetary and accounting controller to the account designated by the holder. The sums due in execution of the contract are paid in accordance with the provisions of Title IV of Law n 2013-100 of 28.1.2013, which contains various provisions for adapting legislation to the law of the uEuropean Union in economic and financial matters and Decree No 2013-269 of 29.3.2013 on the fight against late payments in public procurement contracts. Thus, the overall payment period can not exceed 30 days. The visit of the places is obligatory. At the end of this one, a certificate will be given to the candidates.
