CPV Description: Event Services - Selection of Contractor in lots for providing information and communication in the execution of projects - Selection of a contractor in lots for information and communication in implementation of projects № BG16RFOP001-5.001-0030-C01 "Providing infrastructure for the creation of 5 new social services in the community" and № BG16RFOP001-5.001-0048-C01 "Axisprovision of infrastructure for the creation of 2 new social services in the community on the territory of Sofia Municipality ", financed under procedure BG16RFOP001-5.001" Support for deinstitutionalization of childcare ", Operational Program Regions for Growth 2014-2020 Main Site : Sofia - The Contractor shall carry out the following activities, each stage of the implementation process being agreed in advancewith the assignor:

1. Visualization measures:

1.1. Production, delivery, installation and dismantling of information billboards for the buildings of the project - 3 - 1.2. Manufacture, delivery and installation of permanent explanatory signs - 4 -

1.3. Production and delivery of banners - 2 pcs.

2. Printed information materials:

2.1. Production (design), pre-press, printing, finishingbrochures - 300 - 3. Event organization:

3.1. Press conference on the start of the project - 1 issue

3.2. Information event on the completion of the project - 1 issue

3.3. Official Ceremonies for First Sod - 3 - 3.4. Official opening ceremony of the finished objects - 3 - 4. Paid reports:

4.1. Organizing paid reports in radio stations - 2 issues

Prolongedis from item III.1.4.

2. Each participant must have staff to complete the order, comprising at least 1 key expert with a master's or a bachelor's degree in Journalism and / or Public Communications and / or Public Relations; equivalent, with professional experience in the specialty of at least 1 year

When submitting a tender compliance with the requirement the participant-declares in EEDOP, stating in Part IV, letter "C", item 6, information about the personnel who will execute the order, which specifies the education and professional experience of the persons ..

In the cases of Article 67, paragraph 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act shall be submitted: - under item 1: list of the services that are identical or similar to the subject of the public procurement, indicating the values, dates and recipients, together with the proof- for item 2: list of the personnel who will execute the order and the management line indicating the education and professional experience of the persons.
