The subject of this public procurement by conducting an open procedure is: The organization of events - round tables, workshops and others under project BG05M90P001 1.004-0001 "Improving the quality and effectiveness of public services for vulnerabilitiesThe aim of the contract is to provide organizational and logistical support in organizing events - round tables, workshops and others for the needs of the Employment Agency on the above-mentioned project, implemented under the Operational Program "Development of the Operational Program" Human Resources "(HRD OP) 2014-2020

The participant must have a valid registration for performanceof tour operator and / or tourist agent activity in accordance with Art. 61, para. 3 of the Law on Tourism (PT) and to be entered in the Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents or to be persons under Art. 62 of the Law on Tourism, and for non-residents - in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State in which they are established or have similar authorization or membershipan organization, according to the law of the country in which the participant is established.- According to the criterion of selection, the participants declare as follows: For the presence of a professional activity, the participant fills in the relevant part of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP): Part IV, Section A "Fitness", describing the circumstancesdocuments and documents: indicates a number in the Register of Tour Operators and Travel Agents or similar register in the country where the foreign entrant is established or indicates the number, the date, the issuing body of the respective authorization or the membership in a particular organization where the activity is required permission or membership of a particular organization.

The participant holds a valid hthe tour operator's liability under Article 97 of the Tourism Act or the equivalent (for non-residents).

In accordance with the selection criterion, the participants declare as follows: When submitting a tender, the participants declare compliance with the minimum requirement by indicating the the relevant information in Part IV: "Selection criteria", section B "Economic and financial(5) of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP).

In order to ensure the implementation of the public procurement contract under this procedure, the contractor is required to provide a guarantee of 5 (five)% of the value of the future contract, excluding VAT. For the advance provided by the contractor, a guarantee is required in the(5%) of the value of the advances.

The guarantee is submitted before the contract is concluded in one of the following forms, at the contractor's choice:

1. money amount, imported into a bank account of the Employment Agency: IBAN BG96BNBG 96613300191001, BIC BNBGBGSD with the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) Head Office; bank guarantee - unconditional and irrevocable, in favor of cand with a term of validity not less than 30 (thirty) days after the expiration of the term of the contract. insurance covering the performance by covering the contractor's liability is concluded by the contractor in favor of the contracting authority to secure the performance of the specific contract, the sum insured being equal to the amount of the guarantee due.-retention or release of the performance guarantee shall be governed by the public procurement contract
