CPV Description:

The delivery of 6 cars for the needs of the Communications Regulation Commission The Contractor shall deliver 6 (six) cars as well as warranty maintenance of the same for a period of at least 3 years or until reaching 150 000 km

Main Site: 69, Shipchenski Prohod Blvd., Sofia The public procurement includes the delivery of 6 cars. The warranty claimthe assignment of the vehicle shall be at least 3 years or 150, 000 km of mileage, which shall be fulfilled first.

The Contracting Authority shall not impose any requirements .. The Contracting Authority shall not impose requirements. 11, para. 2 at the rate of 4% of the value of the contract excluding VAT. The participant designated as contractor shall provide a guarantee for advance paymentto art. 111, para. 2 of the PPA in the amount of 100% of the value with VAT for 3 pcs. vehicles that will be delivered in the first stage of the execution of the contract and for which an advance will be provided by the contracting authority in the same amount. "C" of the PPA, the contracting authority will remove from participation participants:
