Non-system related equipment - internal escalators replacement

The purpose of this contract is to replace 37 interior escalators on line 2 of the metro of the public transport network of the European Metropole of Lille.

Main Site: Metro line 2 of the public transport networkof the European Metropole of Lille.

The purpose of this contract is to replace 37 internal escalators of line 2 of the metro of the public transport network of the European Metropole of Lille. The services required to replace the 37 escalators include:

- studies,

- the supply of mechanical stairs and their storage,

- deposeand installation of the mechanical staircase,

- checks and tests of the equipment,

- regular service check.

Each individual candidate or each member of the group will have to provide:

1) letter of application allowing to identify the candidate ( in case of grouping, the representative, each member of the grouping, the nature of the grouping) (the candidate may use the print DC1 of 26.10.2016)

2) declarthe individual candidate or the member of each group (the candidate may use the DC2);

3) documents relating to the powers of the persons authorized to commit the candidate (statutes, Kbis extract, power within the company).

Each individual candidate or each member of the grouping shall provide:

4) statement as to the overall turnover of the candidate and, where appropriate, theturnover of the area of activity covered by the contract, covering at most the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the economic operator's activity, in the measure or information on these sales figures are available.

This market is not a public market.

The overall duration of the market is 60 months frome the date of notification of the market.

In the event of an open procedure, the candidates submit simultaneously their application file and their offer.

The offers of the candidates presenting sufficient capacities will be analyzed according to the criteria of judgment of the fixed offers in the documents of the consultation.

The DCE is delivered on CD medium to the tenderers who jusitifient of an obin the field of market activity and who request it. This must be done by email at beatrice.hardy@transpole.keolis.com. A mandatory visit is organized for all companies.
