Supply, installation and commissioning automatic barriers, hydraulic terminals, automatic hoops, their spare parts as well as maintenance and training for the equipmentcites and annexes of the GHT Herault-Sud Aveyron.

Main Site: The University Hospital of Montpellier and the GHT establishments are Herault and Aveyron south.

Declaration concerning the overall turnover of the candidate, covering at most the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the enterprise or the beginning of the activity of the economic operator., to the extent that information on these sales figures is available. If, for a justified reason, the economic operator is notIf it is able to produce the information requested, it is authorized to prove its economic and financial capacity by any other means.

Scope of the contract: cf. park attached in annex 1 of the CCTP and the estimated quantities mentioned in the BPU. The criterion:

1) technical quality of the supply - 30%:

- sub-criterion 1: general organization set up in terms of maintenance: human resources (attacha flowchart indicating the profile and function of each participant) and the material means proposed for the performance of the service. Details of preventive maintenance operations proposed to meet component 1. 40%,

- sub-criterion 2: supply, installation and commissioning of automatic barriers, hydraulic terminals, automatic hoops: safety management, structureoperational quality, quality and duration of the guarantee of the proposed equipments (data sheets of the proposed equipments), training. 50%,

- sub-criterion 3: number of prices provided in the price bill for supplies of spare parts (Annex 3 - tab 3 of the deed of commitment). 10%.

The price criterion - 70%:

- sub-criterion 1: component 1: a) systematic preventive maintenance off-sitent 15%,

- sub-criterion 2: component 1: corrective maintenance - b) replacement package for spare parts (excluding displacement) 10%,

- sub-criterion 3: component 2: supply, installation and commissioning of automatic barriers, hydraulic terminals, automatic roll bars 25%,

- sub-criterion 4: component 3: supply of spare parts (tab 2 items on the form) 30%,

- sub-writtenre 5: appendices 3 (tab 3) to EA 5%,

- sub-criterion 6: component 4: labor, displacement 10%,

- sub-criterion 7: training - component 4 annex 45% economic capacity and financial, technical and professional capacity: the candidate must attach to his file: DUME or letter of application and designation of the agent by his co-contractors: attached form or DC 1 type formigueur or equivalent of date and signed by the candidate (with mention of the quality of the signatory) declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the grouping (attached form or DC 2 type form in force or equivalent) electronic format: the candidates may submit the application and offers in a dematerialized way exclusively on the website: http: //www.marches-publics.gouv.fr before the date and time mentioned in the consultation rules, the detailed terms and conditions of the mailing of the folds are specified in the regulation of the consultation.
