The purpose of this awarding procedure is the acquisition and installation of materials necessary for the preparation of experiments to be carried out in the interaction rooms, ie modular clean rooms and accessories for the experimental areas within the ELI-NP facility. . The sole bidder / the associated offeror / the subcontractor / the supporting party must prove that they do not fit the provisions of art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016.
