Rehabilitation of Pierre Paul Bernard Stadium - Talence - mission AMO BIM and HQE
The current state of the track and the dimensions of the ground of honor, as well as the state of the buildings (cloakrooms under the stands and storage areas) require a comprehensive rehabilitation program. For Cela, the project must meet the following objectives:

Market form: ordinary.
Assignment of a single market.
Benefits divided into 4 phases:
- phase - follow-up design studies,
- phase - follow-up of construction site in phase realization,
- phase - reception and commissioning of the building,
- phase - monitoring of exploitation /maintenance / maintenance.
- a letter of application with in case of grouping, the rehabilitation of the agent by his co-contractors (or declaration DC1),
- declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate does not enter in any cases of 'compulsory bidding prohibited under Articles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015,
- documents relating to the powers of the personne authorized to engage the candidate (or declaration DC2 - heading C1 and justifying),
- copy of the judgment (s) pronounced, if the candidate is in receivership.
