The subject of procurement is the support service to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy for the use of funds from EU funds. from EU funds that are the subject of procurement refer to support in the performance of the delegated functions of the Mediatorof the level 1 bodies of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Energy (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry or MZOE) within the specific objectives 4b1, 4b2, 4c4, 4d1, 5a1, 6e1, 6i1, 6iii1, 6iii2 and 6iii3 of the Operational Program "Competitiveness and Cohesion" 2014 - 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the OPCK), as prescribed by the Regulation on bodies in the management and control systems of the European Social Fund, the EUthe Regional Fund for Regional Development and the Cohesion Fund for the purpose of Investment for Growth and Jobs (Official Gazette 107/14, 23/15, 129/15, 15/2017). Within this Framework Agreement, activities and support for the MZOE are also being prepared for the new programming period 2021. 2025. Main Site: Zagreb, Radnička cesta 80.
