1. The scope of the orders includes:

1.1. two expert opinions for completing the state of knowledge aboutindicated protection objects in the aforementioned Natura 2000 areas

1.1.2. preparation of expertise in 2021, summarizing the two-fold research in the area concerned.

2.2. preparation of two reports (according to Annex No. 2 to the Agreement).

3. The Employer requires employment based on employment contracts for persons performing activities consisting of:

4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the Terms of Reference, which is at the same time Annex No. 1 to the Contract.

In relation to this condition, the Awarding Entity does not specify the minimum level of capacity. The bidder should submit a bid bond before the deadline for submitting bids in the amount of:

2.In the proceedings in question, the procedure set out in Article 24aa of the Act.

3. Each contractor will be bound by its offer 60 days after the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contractors are required to submit the following documents and statements:

4.3. Declaration on the part of the order, which execution, contractor, for entrusting subcontractors and subcontractors (subcontractors) - if the contractor entrusts some of the orders to subcontractors.

4.4. Power of attorney to represent in the proceedings or to represent in the procedure and conclusion of the contract, in the case of contractors jointly applying for granting the order in accordance with art. 23 of the Public Procurement Law (also applies to civil law partners).

4.5. Power of attorney to act on behalf of the contractor, if the documents making up the offer are signed by a person whose authorization to represent the contractor will not result properly from the relevant register or central records and information on economic activity.

4.6. The Awarding Entity will exclude a contractor subject to exclusion based on Art. 24 sec. 1and art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 and 4 of the Act

5. Provide statements or documents confirming fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion can be found in point 6 of the Specification of Essential Terms of Orders on the Employer's website.
