Provision of consulting - chemical services for the registration of a treatment product at EYDAP facilities. SA, according to European Reach Regulation 1907/2006 (PLEV-2).

The subject of the contract for the provision of technical and other related scientific services (PLEV-2) is the consulting - chemotechenvironmental and environmental services, for the registration of the treatment product of EYDAP wastewater treatment plants. SA and in particular sludge in quantities above 1, 000 tn / y, under European Reach Regulation 1907/2006.

Specifically, services provided by the contractor and its project team include:

1) identification of the substance (sludge) ).

2)determination of the physicochemical, toxicological and ecotoxic properties of the substance (sludge) as described in Annex VII and Annex VIII to the Reach Regulation. available at ECHA`s https://iuclid6.echa.europa.eu/en/home.

4) Submitting the dossierregistration of the substance in ECHA through the Reach-IT platform and completion of the registration process, and

5) management of the subject of the contract. engaged in the development of services referred to in Article 12.1) of the Declaration and established(a) in a Member State of the Union. (b) in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA).

c) in third countries having sign and ratify the SDS, insofar as the public contract awarded is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5, and the general notes on the Union Appendix I to that Agreement;and (d) in third countries, which do not fall under subparagraph (c) of this paragraph and have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures, - associations of economic operators shall participate in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 (2), (3) and (4) and (c) and (d) thereof.. 1 of article 77 of Law 4412/2016. These associations are not required to submit a specific legal form to tender. The association of natural or legal persons may relate to the same category of studies.is respected in their State of establishment. Bidders established in GREECE are required to be registered in the registries of scholars and have the experience required in the PTLEY`S Declaration.

Bidders established in other Member States of the European Union are required to be registered in the corresponding registers in Annex XI to the AnnexNo. 1 of Law 4412/2016.

The economic and financial adequacy is evidenced by:

- the average annual turnover over the last three years, which must be equal to or greater than the budget for the specific budget. TLAYY for which they will bid,

- an appropriate professional liability insurance policy, at leastEUR 315 000.00 per event and at least EUR 1 000 000.00 cumulative

If requested in good time, ie by 11.10.2019, the contracting entity shall provide all tenderers involved in the award procedure with additional information on the contract documents no later than 17.10.2019.
