1. The subject of the order is to prepare expert opinions for the needs of completing the state of knowledgey for objects of protection in the Natura 2000 area in the voivodship of Lublin - for the purposes of the project no POIS.02.04.00-00-0191 / 16 [...] - VII part

Main Site: Wojewodztwo lubelskie.

1. Part I - Preparation of expertise for the purpose of supplementing the state of knowledge for conservation items in the Natura 2000 area. Uściwierskie Lake PLH060009 (telejus, telekus, invasive, Nausitous)

2. Studentres orders include:

2.1. preparation of expertise for the purpose of supplementing the state of knowledge about the Natura 2000 sites indicated in item 1 for each part separately,

2.2. preparation of a test report for each part separately.

3. The Employer requires employment based on employment contracts for persons performing activities consisting of:

3.1. coordinating the implementation

4 orders. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, which is at the same time Annex No. 1 to the Contract.

In relation to this condition, the Employer does not specify minimum levels of capacity.

In this condition the Employer does not specify minimum levels of ability. The bidder should pay the bid bond before the deadline for submitting bids in the amount of:

1.1. Part I PLN 630 (in words: six hundred and thirty zlotys)

1.2. Part II PLN 550 (in words: five hundred and fifty zlotys)

1.3. Part III 570 PLN (in words: five hundred seventy zlotys)

1.4. Part IV PLN 420 (in words: four hundred and twenty zlotys)

1.5. Part V PLN 380 (in words: three hundred and eighty zlotys)

1.6. Part VI 1 230 PLN (in words: one thousand two hundred thirty zlotys)

1.7. Part VII PLN 600 (say: six hundred zlotys).

2. In the proceedings in question, the procedure set out in Article 24aa of the Act.

3. Each contractor will be bound by its offer 60 days after the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contractors are obliged to submit the following documents and statements:

4.1. Uniform European Order Document.

4.2. Offer form

4.3. the StatementsNot about the part of the contract, the execution of which, the contractor intends to entrust subcontractors and companies (names) subcontractors - in the event that the contractor entrusts some of the orders to subcontractors.

4.4. Power of attorney to represent in the proceedings or to represent in the procedure and conclusion of the contract, in the case of contractors jointly applying for granting the order in accordance with art. 23Public Procurement Law (also applies to civil law partners).

4.5. Power of attorney to act on behalf of the contractor, if the documents making up the offer are signed by a person whose authorization to represent the contractor will not result properly from the relevant register or central records and information on economic activity.

4.6. The ordering party will exclude from the proceedingsthe person subject to exclusion under Art. 24 sec. 1 and art. 24 sec. 5 points 1 and 4 of the Act

5. Provide statements or documents confirming fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion can be found in point 6 of the Specification of Essential Terms of Orders on the Employer's website.
